Each day change is evident at our future home. There is visible progress on the new stair tower on the building’s east side. In addition, the installation of drywall is almost complete on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Now that workers have framed out the walls of the entire first floor and part of the second floor, Community Foundation staff members have been visiting the building to see our new space starting to really take shape.

Construction has begun! Workers are replacing all of the windows in the building with new energy-efficient versions. Soon the framework for the new exterior addition will start to go up as well.

Recently, Community Foundation staff members were led through the skeleton of our new building’s interior. Now that demolition is winding down, we are left with a blank canvas on which we can each see our unique visions for what our new office space will be.
