The Women’s Fund of Central New York is a permanent endowment, established through the Central New York Community Foundation, to fund programs and projects that support women and girls. There are several specific goals, but the overall aim of the Fund is to enable women to become economically self-sufficient and achieve their full potential as members of the community.
Gifts of any size will support the mission of the Women’s Fund. Special recognition is given to women who contribute $1,000 or more. As a volunteer driven program, the Women’s Fund relies on many hands to make its work run smoothly. Members can participate in public relations, event planning, membership recruitment, grantmaking and serve on the Governance Council. Please contact us for more information about volunteer opportunities with the Women’s Fund.
