The Community Health Foundation is committed to improving the health care of the region’s people and communities. The Foundation collaborates with community partners to strengthen the health care system, bolster community supports, promote education and advocacy, and encourage individual behavior change.

The primary purpose of the Greater Syracuse Land Bank is to return vacant, abandoned, underutilized, and tax-delinquent properties to productive use in ways that support the community’s long-range vision for its future.

The Human Services Leadership Council of Central New York  is a membership organization and a coalition of leaders of nearly 60 human service not-for-profit agencies.  The agencies deliver a broad range of services to people in Onondaga County, the Greater Syracuse Area and Central New York.

The Junior League of Syracuse is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The organization is a recognized leader for developing and supporting projects that provide programs for women, children and families.

Sage Upstate addresses the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) Central New Yorkers as they age by offering health and wellness programming, support groups, education, and social activities for LGBTQ people and allies.
