workshop details (what leaders will learn)
During this workshop, leaders will explore the challenges of building capacity in the not-for-profit sector. Through facilitated dialogue, we will help identify barriers to capacity building and discuss practical skills and tools to overcome them. Participants will engage in group activities that promote problem-solving, teamwork, and conflict management. OGC believes that challenges are best tackled by teams who are committed to personal growth and the communities they serve. By the end of the session, participants will leave with strategies and tools to enhance their leadership capacity, both personally and professionally.
