In the eighth year of its Cortland County Bright Ideas grants program (Bright Ideas), the Central New York Community Foundation distributed $45,000 to nine nonprofit organizations serving residents of Cortland County. Each organization received a $5,000 grant.
The Central New York Community Foundation has promoted six staff members.
