في شهر مايو، احتفل قادة من خمس منظمات شعبية ومنظمات غير ربحية محلية بإتمامهم دورة القيادة (TLC). بعد المشاركة في الدورات التدريبية الشهرية، تحصل كل مجموعة على منحة قدرها 4,000 دولار أمريكي لتنفيذ مشروع مجتمعي تم اقتراحه والتخطيط له خلال التدريب.
