تعتمد منحة قلب الرعاية الصحية للتمريض على إطار عمل قائم على الفوج. وهذا يعني أنه مصمم لدعم مجموعة أو فئة معينة من الطلاب خلال عام دراسي محدد. المنح الدراسية في هذا الإطار مصممة لتلبية الاحتياجات المالية للطلاب ضمن تلك المجموعة المحددة.
