我们如何取得成果
通过整合多个资助方和社区合作伙伴的经验和网络，我们能够解决出现的新问题，如COVID-19 危机；解决需要新方法的问题，如儿童铅中毒；或帮助整个社区，如成人学习者。 当我们与资助方、学术界、非营利组织和社区成员的同事一起工作时，我们就能获得更多的资源、专业知识和关注，从而使我们的工作更加有效。
我们的工作与当地市、县政府的工作齐头并进。 我们的赠款支持新项目，然后政府可以扩大这些项目，帮助向居民宣传项目成果，或提供灵活性以利用更大的政府资源。 此外，通常只有通过努力改变或制定新的公共政策或计划，才能实现系统性变革。 我们在锡拉丘兹开展的铅中毒改革政策宣传有望带来持久的改善。
如果没有一个重要的非营利部门，我们的所有资助目标都无法实现。 我们的能力建设工作包括在非营利组织内部和之间形成合力，以加强计划的实施，培训中层管理人员担任领导职务，以及改进数据测量以帮助各组织跟踪其工作。
我们的资助和计划帮助非营利组织不断改进为当地居民提供的服务。 通过支持教育、就业或人类服务的新方法–以及对结果的严格评估–我们的赠款有助于集体了解哪些方法有效，哪些方法无效。
