新的影响力投资将延续锡拉丘兹住房计划

目前,超过 310 万美元正通过我们的地方影响力投资计划用于推进住房、商业发展和贷款。

纽约中部社区基金会(Central New York Community Foundation)的地方 影响力投资计划已向 Home HeadQuarters 发放了两笔可收回赠款,总计 186 万美元。 这两笔赠款将帮助该组织继续开展住房项目,直至市和州的赠款合同资金到位。

Home HeadQuarters (HHQ) 是一家非营利性住房和社区发展组织,也是经过认证的社区发展金融机构 (CDFI),在纽约州中部和北部为个人和家庭创造住房机会。 该组织成立于 1996 年,旨在通过针对房屋装修和首次购房者的计划,解决锡拉丘兹市业主入住率下降和投资减少的问题。

一笔 86 万美元的可收回赠款将使该组织能够继续为当地房主提供紧急财产维修资金,同时等待社区发展整笔赠款(CDBG)资金的偿还。 100 万美元的可收回赠款将帮助 HHQ 继续在锡拉丘兹近西区建造和翻新单户节能住宅。 房屋完工后,纽约州能源研究与发展局(NYSERDA)将提供成本补偿,HHQ 将把房屋出售给中低收入家庭。
