Di Sí Siracusa publica su boletín de notas 2022-23

Di Sí Siracusa publicó recientemente su Boletín de calificaciones 2022-23 para demostrar los resultados positivos que el programa está teniendo en los estudiantes del Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Siracusa, al proporcionarles nuevas oportunidades para cursar estudios superiores.

He aquí algunos puntos destacados recientes:

  • Desde 2009, 6.256 becarios de Di Sí Syracuse se han matriculado en universidades de 2 y 4 años tras graduarse en secundaria.
  • Se ha distribuido un total de 14,8 millones de dólares de fondos de becas Di que Sí para sufragar los gastos de la educación superior de los estudiantes.
  • El 43% de la promoción SCSD de 2023 rellenó una solicitud Say Yes y el 64% de los solicitantes Say Yes se matriculó en la universidad en otoño de 2023.
  • El 67% de los becarios de Di que Sí que asistían a escuelas públicas de 4 años y el 93% de los becarios que asistían a escuelas privadas de 4 años continuaron hasta su segundo año.
  • El 57% de los becarios de Di que Sí que asistían a escuelas públicas de 2 años continuaron en su segundo año.
  • La tasa de graduación del SCSD aumentó un 53% en los últimos 13 años, pasando del 45% en 2010 al 69% en 2023.
  • La tasa de graduación en 2023 de los alumnos negros y asiáticos del Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Siracusa (SCSD) superó a la de los alumnos blancos, lo que indica que el programa está ayudando a los alumnos a superar los retos causados históricamente por el racismo sistémico.
