Además de su Fondo Comunitario no restringido, la Fundación Comunitaria del Condado de Oswego también consta de tres fondos de ámbito de interés que atienden las necesidades del Condado de Oswego:

Fondo del Banco NBT

Como banco comunitario independiente, NBT Bank se compromete a apoyar a las comunidades locales en las que desarrolla su actividad. A finales de 2014, el banco transfirió fondos destinados a atender las necesidades benéficas de los residentes del condado de Oswego a un fondo de intereses denominado Fondo del Banco NBT. En asociación con la Fundación Comunitaria del Condado de Oswego, un fondo afiliado a la Fundación Comunitaria de Nueva York Central, el Fondo del Banco NBT continuará la tradición de servicio comunitario del banco concediendo subvenciones a organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro que sirven a los residentes del Condado de Oswego.

Fondo Emerick

El Fondo Emerick fue creado por Helen Stacy, residente en Cazenovia, que creció en Oswego. Ver en los medios de comunicación el anuncio de la donación de un amigo a la Fundación Comunitaria del Condado de Oswego, unido a su afición por la Reserva Natural del Gran Oso, la llevó a crear este fondo para apoyar a organizaciones del Condado de Oswego con preferencia por proyectos y programas en la Reserva.

Fondo de Salud del Hospital Memorial A.L. Lee

Creada en 2009, cuando el A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital, con sede en Fulton, cerró sus puertas tras más de 100 años de servicio a la comunidad del condado de Oswego, los activos benéficos del hospital se transfirieron a la Fundación Comunitaria para llevar a cabo la intención benéfica de quienes dejaron legados. La concesión de subvenciones del Fondo está ahora supervisada por el Consejo de Liderazgo de la OCCF y se utiliza para apoyar proyectos y programas relacionados con la salud en el condado de Oswego.
