Estimados amigos de la Fundación Comunitaria,

Me siento honrado y profundamente humilde al saludarte como nuevo Presidente y Director General de la Fundación Comunitaria de Nueva York Central. Agradezco la confianza depositada en mí para dirigir esta estimada organización hacia el futuro.

Con más de 30 años de dedicación a nuestra región, aporto una gran experiencia en el desarrollo de relaciones, la resolución de problemas y el fomento de la colaboración entre todos los sectores de nuestra comunidad. A lo largo de mi carrera, he visto de primera mano el poder transformador de unirse para abordar los retos, aprovechar las oportunidades y construir un futuro mejor para todos. Ahora, al asumir este nuevo cargo, estoy más comprometida que nunca a aprovechar nuestras fuerzas colectivas para impulsar un cambio positivo y lograr un impacto duradero.

Mi visión del futuro de la Fundación Comunitaria se basa en la transparencia, la honestidad y la accesibilidad. Prometo ser un líder abierto y disponible, que escuche tus preocupaciones y que intente comprender las diversas perspectivas de nuestra comunidad. La colaboración estará en el centro de todo lo que hagamos, ya que convocamos a las partes interesadas de todos los sectores, para abordar los complejos problemas a los que se enfrenta nuestra región.

Juntos, tenemos la oportunidad de crear un futuro en el que todas las personas y familias del centro de Nueva York puedan prosperar. Me comprometo a trabajar incansablemente junto a todos y cada uno de vosotros para hacer realidad esta visión.

Gracias por tu continuo apoyo y colaboración. Me emociona y me honra embarcarnos juntos en este viaje, y confío en que, trabajando en colaboración, construiremos una región central de Nueva York más fuerte y vibrante para las generaciones venideras.
