Eric and Judy Mower stand in Armory Square

The Mowers

The Mowers’ initial funding relationship with us came some years ago when a small number of Eric’s colleagues established a donor-advised fund here as a way of recognizing their work together.

“Syracuse is a wonderful community and for all that has been good for us over so many years, we are pleased to give back,” said Judy and Eric Mower.

The Mowers’ initial funding relationship with us came some years ago when a small number of Eric’s colleagues established a donor-advised fund here as a way of recognizing their work together. Since then, the Mowers have added to that fund in furtherance of profound effect on the community.  They see the use of their funds as vital to some of the smaller local programs, especially those that do so much with so little.

“Contributions to the Community Foundation are lasting gifts to Central New York in so many ways,” they said. “We believe that the Community Foundation provides a stable charitable endowment.”
