Since 2001, the YMCA of Central New York’s Arts and Education Branch has provided a wide variety of literary arts activities to adults and teens through its Writers Voice program. The Georgia Popoff YMCA Writers Voice Fund has been established in honor of our long-time instructor, workshops coordinator, community leader, and friend, with the purpose of supporting the literary arts activities of the YMCA of CNY, including creative writing program scholarships for teen writers and poetry-focused programs for all ages.
