What We’re Doing
- Nonprofit budgets often don’t have room to support the costs of professional development opportunities for their staff members, which can lead to growth limitations within their ranks. We’ve helped:
- Host workshops and seminars for nonprofit staff and board members
- Send front-line nonprofit staff members to conferences and trainings
- Develop the personal and professional competencies of emerging leaders
- Connect executive directors with one-on-one coaching and peer groups
Balancing the demands of community need with limited resources can leave nonprofits unsure of how to take their organizations to the next level. We’ve helped:
- Train members of neighborhood and grassroots groups to be more effective
