The Chi Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Inc., a predominantly African American fraternal organization of college graduates whose main goals and purposes are community service and scholarship, established this fund in memory of the much-loved and well-respected community leader, Dennis Dowdell, to benefit men of color pursuing educational or professional development through On Point for College.
