Frances was a Women’s Army Air Forces veteran of World War II, serving as an intelligence decoder. She volunteered with the American Red Cross and the United Way. When Frances and her husband Albert passed away, their charitable remainder trusts were converted to a community fund. This fund supports charitable organizations that benefit the Central New York Community.
