The Lorma Abbott Scholarship Fund was created by the Syracuse City School District to provide awards to graduating seniors of Nottingham High School.
Requirements
Applicants must be graduating from Nottingham High School and plan to attend an accredited college/university. The principal criterion for selection is the student’s contribution as a volunteer with people who live with disabilities, versus the student’s grades. Preference for students pursuing a career in special education of the hearing impaired. Three scholarships can be awarded.
