Marie C. Bean was born in 1936 on her grandfather’s farm in Pennsylvania. In 1963, she moved to the Auburn area and worked for 25 years at the Cayuga County Laboratory. During her professional years, she was active in the Medical Technology and Cytotechnology Association. Marie created this fund to provide support for charitable organizations in Cayuga County.
