This fund was established through an estate gift from Dorothy Calingaert to benefit local public broadcasting through WCNY. Dorothy’s gift, through a charitable remainder trust, was a reflection of her lifelong devotion to classical music and her appreciation for WCNY’s Classic FM radio programming.

The Optimist Club of Camillus established this fund to recognize West Genesee High School seniors who have shown an interest in volunteering their time and participating in school activities.
