The Wordens standing in their home

Mark and Reghan Worden

Mark and Reghan wanted to maximize the benefit of their contribution to local organizations and direct the money to where it’ll have the most impact.

It is important to Mark and Reghan to see children in their community growing up healthy and on a path to success. They were both raised in Central New York where they have lived their entire lives, so they find it critical to support local charities.

The pair established a donor-advised fund at the Community Foundation to serve as a platform for their giving to local charities. The fund offers them a flexible way to engage in charitable giving in a convenient way.

Mark and Reghan wanted to maximize the benefit of their contribution to local organizations and direct the money to where it’ll have the most impact. With the expertise of the Community Foundation, they know that they are making wise charitable decisions and that their fund will continue to make a difference in the community.
