The Frederick K. Kilian Memorial Scholarship was established in 2003 through a generous estate gift from one of Mr. Kilian’s former employees who worked for Kilian Manufacturing Corp. for 49 years. While the founder of this fund was very private and preferred not to share her identity, she was actively involved in charitable endeavors in her community and wished to honor her employer by providing access to higher education through this scholarship fund.
