Following Bruce McCormick’s accidental death in 1974, his family decided the best type of memorial would be related to music, a field in which Bruce was particularly interested. Since 1975, the McCormick Fund has made scholarships available to Fayetteville-Manlius High School seniors with exceptional musical ability and a need for financial assistance to attend music school.
Requirements
Applicant must be graduating from Fayetteville-Manlius High School, have exceptional musical ability, financial need, participate in other activities, and planning to attend music school. One scholarship can be awarded and is renewable up to four years, pending the recipient provides proof of enrollment.
