Grant Reporting

If your nonprofit  has received a grant from the Community Foundation or one of its affiliate funds, you are required to submit midterm and final reports. These reports assist the Community Foundation in assessing its grantmaking efforts. Midterm reports are generally due after six months and final reports due after one year. Your specific report due dates are outlined in your grant award letter, and we encourage you to refer to that for detailed information about reporting requirements.
