The Cayuga Community Fund is now accepting grant applications for 2026 from tax-exempt, nonprofit organizations, [501(c)(3) or other publicly supported organizations] that reside within, or serve residents of, Cayuga County.
Nonprofit applicants are invited to submit grant proposals for enhancing their organization and better serving their community.
Two scholarships of $3,100 will be awarded and may be renewable annually for up to 4 years (or 5 years for engineering only), subject to the recipients’ continued full-time matriculation in their program of study and maintenance of a 2.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
The Black Equity & Excellence Advisory Council is charged with reviewing grant proposals and making funding recommendations as well as identifying gaps and opportunities to create a more equitable and economically inclusive Central New York for the Black community.
