The Central New York Community Foundation recently distributed 19 grants totaling $239,850 from its Black Equity & Excellence Fund. Grants from the fund support Black-led nonprofit organizations and projects that counteract systemic racism.

With high hopes for a safe future for both the environment and the wildlife within it, the Charles N. Gordon Wildlife Rehabilitation Center remains dedicated to its mission and strives to educate others on the importance of animal rehabilitation.

Resilia offers technology and one-to-one coaching to support effectiveness, creativity, and workflow in nonprofits across the country. The selected organizations have access to a suite of on-demand tools and resources to support nonprofits growth and impact.

In May, leaders from four local grassroots groups celebrated their completion of The Leadership Classroom (TLC). After participating in monthly training sessions, each group received a grant to implement a community project that was proposed and planned during their training.
