Gail J. Weinstein, director of paramedic training at SUNY Upstate’s Department of Emergency Medicine, passed away unexpectedly in 2008. Her determination, hard work and passion for teaching contributed to the growth and education of emergency medical service and medical professionals in CNY. This fund was established in memory of Gail, by her father, to provide support to the SUNY Upstate Medical University Paramedic Program.
