Established by former Community Foundation board member, Vicki Brackens, in honor of her wife, Earlene, this fund is used to catalyze the development of innovative ideas through the partnership of entrepreneurs and academic institutions. Priority is given to programs that enhance opportunities for public-private partnerships that have a social and community benefit component as part of the intended collaboration outcome.
