Dr. William Clark was a Professor of Surgery in clinical practice at SUNY Upstate Medical University for 20 years. He founded and was director of the Clark Burn Center at University Hospital, working tirelessly in the community to promote burn prevention. He also enjoyed supporting organizations that provided for the education of local young people and a rich arts and culture scene. This fund serves as a permanent legacy for Bill and Laurie.
