Born in Syracuse, Mary Louise Dunn was the daughter of the late Edward P. and Florence Hueber Dunn. She graduated from Cortland State Teachers College and received a Master’s degree from Syracuse and Temple Universities. She taught for Fayetteville-Manlius Schools for 37 years, retiring in 1994. She was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church, Fayetteville. She was a member of the NYS Retired Teachers Association and past president of ARC of Onondaga. Mary created this fund to support her favorite charities: Syracuse Rescue Mission, Syracuse Stage and the Salvation Army of Syracuse.
