This fund was created in memory of Sarah Elizabeth Smith, an honor student at Auburn High school who died tragically in 2007. The scholarship awards funds to students who desire a college education.
Requirements
Applicant must be graduating from Auburn High School, have at least a current B average (3.0 GPA), and pursuing one of the following degrees (in order of preference): (1) Journalism, (2) English. Application should include an essay that demonstrates their creative writing ability in addition to their goals and values. One scholarship can be awarded.
