“This community is home; whatever we can do to ensure a bright future for Central New York, we should do it!”

After his wife passed away, Mansukh wanted to make charitable donations in her memory in a way that made the biggest impact in the community. It would have been cost-prohibitive to establish a private foundation, so he chose us to administer the Indira & Mansukh J. Shah Fund. This structure makes his giving easy.

“I can write one check to the Community Foundation at the end of the year, and then they distribute money to the organizations of my choice throughout the year,” he said.

Mansukh advises his friends, clients and fellow community members to create a legacy through a fund at the Community Foundation to ensure their charitable work will continue when they are gone. He exclaimed, “This community is home; whatever we can do to ensure a bright future for Central New York, we should do it!”
