Anita Waite taught special education in the Canastota School District for almost 40 years. She was a dedicated teacher who cared deeply for her students and fellow teachers. Her husband established this fund in her honor to provide scholarships to students graduating from Canastota High School who have educational challenges and/or require special education services.
Requirements
Applicant must be graduating from Canastota High School, have educational challenges/require special educational services, and plan to attend an accredited college/university or trade school. One scholarship can be awarded.
