Colby Cyrus, CAPM, program officer, was recently appointed to the board of Syracuse Habitat for Humanity, an organization whose mission is to eliminate substandard housing in the world. He also spoke at the North Area Meals on Wheels ribbon-cutting ceremony about our support for the organization’s building expansion project.
Darrell Buckingham, senior program officer, strategic initiatives, recently spoke on a panel at the Building Men summer program at Lincoln Middle School. He presented on three summer themes: Win the Day, 1% Better and the Building Men Playbook. The themes focused on staying present, making consistent progress toward goals and building strong physical, mental, social and spiritual habits.
Frank Ridzi, PHD, vice president of community investment, recently presented at the International Society for Quality-of-Life Studies (ISQOLS) 2026 Annual Conference, where he organized and chaired the special session “The Inner Workings of Community Indicators Projects.” He also presented “Grassroots Community Indicators as a Dynamic Complex Adaptive System” and “Turning the Curve: RBA and Real Time Philanthropy” as part of the Results-Based Accountability Salon panel. At the Mission Investors Exchange’s 2026 National Conference, he shared “Impact Investment Measurement with Community Indicators and Geographic Analysis” during the “Applying IMM for Performance and Purpose” session.
Ridzi was also named editor of the Springer Nature book series, Community Quality-of-Life and Well-Being.

Gerianne Corradino, SHRM-CP, human resources & operations officer, was named a 2026 CNY 40 Under 40 honoree.
Qiana Williams, senior program officer, is helping to organize The Funders Network 2027 Conference: Mission Impossible in Oakland, California. As a member of The Funders Network’s 2027 annual conference planning committee, Qiana served on the session review panel, helping select sessions and workshops.
