Pulaski Fund Distributes $40,500 in Grants

The Greater Pulaski Community Endowment Fund provides grants to nine nonprofits serving the Village of Pulaski and Town of Richland.

October 14, 2025 (Pulaski, NY) – Nine nonprofits serving the Village of Pulaski and Town of Richland received $4,500 grants from the Greater Pulaski Community Endowment Fund. These are general support grants.

The 2025 grant recipients are:

  • Fernwood Community Center
  • Half-Shire Historical Society
  • Preservation Revitalization of Pulaski
  • Pulaski Area Pop Warner
  • Pulaski Historical Society
  • Rural and Migrant Ministry of Oswego County, Inc.
  • Salmon River Fine Arts Center
  • Salmon River Ice Hockey Association
  • United Friends of Homeless Animals

The Greater Pulaski Community Endowment Fund, an affiliate fund of the Central New York Community Foundation, is a union of gifts contributed by the people of the Pulaski community that makes grants to support programs and projects of importance to the area. Established in 1991 with seed funding from the John Ben Snow Memorial Trust and sustained through critical community matching challenge grants, the endowment exists to ensure that the citizens of the Pulaski area have a means of supporting the nonprofit services and resources that are so important to the vitality of a community. The 2025/2026 Leadership Council includes Robin Philips (Chairperson), Kathryn Erhardt, Kimberly Hitchcock, Dawn Holynski, Michelle Hughes, Tina Lane, Brian Leary, Hannah Masuicca. cnycf.org/Pulaski.

 

The Central New York Community Foundation is a public charity that turns community dollars into community change.
