The Central New York Community Foundation has hired one employee.

The Central New York Community Foundation has hired one employee.

Darrell Buckingham, Manager, Foundation and Facility Operations

Darrell joined the Central New York Community Foundation team in July to serve as Manager, Foundation and Facility Operations. Darrell previously served as Personnel Officer for the Onondaga County Public Libraries and is the former Chapter President for Central New York/Mohawk Valley International Association of Workforce Professionals.

Darrell is an active member of the local National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). He currently serves on the Community Engagement Committee for the Everson Museum and looks forward to joining the board of directors for Vera House in January 2020. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Cazenovia College and is a 2018 graduate of Nourishing Tomorrow’s Leaders.
