In 1994, the Konosioni Lodge #950 continued its long history of charitable fundraising by establishing this fund, which supports last-dollar scholarships offered through Say Yes Syracuse. The original funds were raised through the fundraising efforts of R.W. Rocco Bufano. Because of his work and dedication, the fund was named after him.
