Grant Reporting
If your organization has received a grant from us, we request that your submit reports on your progress. These reports assist us in assessing our grantmaking efforts. Your specific report due dates are outlined both in your grant award letter and on your Applicant Dashboard in the CNYCF Grants Portal and we encourage you to refer to those for detailed information about reporting requirements.
All report forms are now located in the CNYCF Grants Portal. Please login to the Grants Portal here to access and submit your grant report.
If you do not see your report or have trouble accessing it, please contact grants@cnycf.org.
